Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Swiss Chard and Mushroom

5 Swiss Chard leaves, remove stem

6 Large Mushroom, slices

3 Tbsp Olive oil

2 Garlic cloves, minced

1/3c Heavy Cream

1 bag Sweet Potato Gnocchi from Traders Joe’s

Heat oil in pan along with garlic and sauté for 1 min, add in mushrooms and sauté for 3 min, next add in Swiss chard and cook for another 3-4 min. Now stir in cream then add in the bag of sweet potato gnocchi giving it a stir to mix every thing together. Turn heat down to low and cover with lid, coming back every 3-5 min to stir. Cook until gnocchi are soft. Serve hot and Enjoy!
