1/2 pound wheat spaghetti
4c spinach
1/2 container of mushrooms
1-2 tbsp of roasted sun-dried tomatoes
1 clove fresh garlic
olive oil
In medium pot boil water for pasta and cook until done.
In pan sauté garlic and mushrooms 3-4 min, then add in spinach and cook for another 3-4min, next add in sun-dried tomatoes giving the mixture a good stir.
Last add in pasta and toss together, serve hot with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
